Activities
We promoted the site, a car park adjacent to Unilever’s existing Kingston office and secured planning permission, £250m in forward funding from LCN Capital Partners and a pre-let to Unilever. Also acting as Development Manager, we delivered a best-in-class, ESG-compliant building, which completed in December 2024.
Results
The project generated significant profit and outperformance for the Fund. A prime residential site remains as part of the overall scheme.
