Activities
We carried out a complete refurbishment of the common parts with ESG-focused enhancements and let the building floor by floor to set a new rental tone.
Results
The building was acquired in June 2013 for £19.25m from Aviva and sold to British Coal in May 2014 for £36m, equating to £280 per sq ft. The site is now owned by Life Science REIT.
