We established a distinctive identity and unique offer, successfully attracting national occupiers. Creative enhancements included introducing an on-site food and beverage operator and providing breakout meeting rooms and workspace.
Results
The building was acquired for £30.2m from BP and was recognised by the BCO as the UK’s Best Commercial Workplace, also claiming the prestigious Best of the Best National Commercial Workplace award. It was sold for £37.7m, reflecting a 6.9% yield and £325 per sq ft.
