Complete office refurbishment and re-let
Activities
We undertook a complete remodelling of the building, including the reception area, with comprehensive ESG-focused improvements. Space was let on a floor-by-floor basis.
Results
The building was acquired in October 2014 for £35m and achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. It was let to strong tenants including Mott MacDonald and Colliers International, reducing voids. The asset was sold in June 2015 for £58.6m, reflecting a 5.3% yield and £450 per sq ft.
